He has over 24 years of legal experience in oilfield services, including positions at BJ Services, Baker Hostetler LLP, and Schlumberger. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center.
Geoffrey C. Stanford, age 58, has been Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Financial Officer of KLXE since January 7, 2026, and Chief Accounting Officer since December 2020. He served as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer from July 2020 and held the same role at QES from 2018 until the merger.
