Hui (Stephanie) Luo, age 46, is the Chief Executive Officer, Chairwoman, and Director of Class Over, which she founded in June 2020. She has served as CEO since the company's inception. Luo previously founded Dream Legal Group in 2018 and Dream Go Inc. in 2016, and was CEO of Tutor Cube from 2008 to 2010. She holds a Master's Degree in Mathematics from Marshall University.
Yanling (Flora) Peng, age 30, has been Chief Financial Officer of Class Over since April 2025 and served as CFO since March 2024. She joined Class Over in June 2020 as General Manager. Prior to this, Peng was Financial and Marketing Manager at Dream Go Inc. and Digital Marketing and Financial Specialist at Forward Pathway LLC. She holds a B.S. in International Economics and Trade from Central South University of Forestry & Technology and an M.S. in Business Analytics from Fordham University.
Yan Zhang, age 43, has been a Director of Class Over since April 2025. She has served as President and board member of Lion Group Holding Ltd (NASDAQ: LGHL) since May 2021. Zhang was previously a principal at UHY Advisors NY, Inc. and a senior accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She holds degrees in Economics from Central University of Finance and Economics and a Master’s degree in information assurance from The State University of New York at Albany.
Tracy Xia, age 41, has been a Director of Class Over since April 2025. She is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Rejection Therapy since January 2018. Xia previously worked as Senior Program Manager at Google and Product Manager at Dell. She holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
Mona Liang, age 38, has been a Director of Class Over since April 2025. She has been Project Manager and Business Analyst in the Global AML department at TD Bank since November 2023. Prior to this, Liang was Project Manager at Prudential Financial from August 2021 to September 2023.
