From June 2016 to April 2023, he was General Manager of China Gas's North China Regional Management Center's Project Company. From May 2020 to August 2023, he was CFO of Shenzhen Xilianwang Automotive Industry Chain Co., Ltd. He also held roles as general manager of Qixin (Shenzhen) Financial Consulting Co., Ltd. from February 2016 to April 2020, and project manager at Lianda Certified Public Accountants from June 2008 to December 2015. He holds a bachelor's degree in financial management from Hubei University of Automotive Technology, an EMBA from Wuhan University, and is a certified tax accountant in China.
Yi Zhu, age 39, is an Independent Director and Chair of the Compensation Committee. Since 2016, he has been a Consultant for the Yueyang Municipal Commission of Industry and Information Technology SME Service Platform. His previous roles include professional manager at Hunan Zhihai Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (2012–2014), project manager at Changsha Yubang Software Development Co., Ltd. (2011–2012), and paralegal at a Chinese law firm (2010–2011).
