Huidan Li, age 44, has been Co-chairman and Director since December 21, 2020, and Co-chairman since November 7, 2022. He founded Baofu (Beijing) Holding Co., Ltd, developing its business across multiple sectors over 15 years. He holds an MBA from the University of Hawaii.
Mu Ruifeng, age 61, has served as an Independent Director since October 25, 2020. He is founder and general manager/chairman of Xinruifeng Property Marketing Management Co., Ltd and Xinruifeng Investment Group Co., Ltd, vice president of the Overseas Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and an investor in Touch Stone Investment Pty, Ltd. He chairs the Audit Committee and is designated as an audit committee financial expert.
Jin Yan, age 55, has been an Independent Director since October 25, 2020. With over 20 years of marketing experience in entertainment, Jin Yan is president of Zhongshi Culture Communication Co., Ltd and serves as a member of the Audit Committee.
Tiange Yin, age 26, has been an Independent Director and Audit Committee member since March 13, 2026. With over five years of accounting experience, Tiange Yin is currently a senior manager at Zhi CPA and graduated from King's College London.
