Hon Sang Lee, age 67, has been an Independent Director since May 2020. He is a technology entrepreneur and angel investor, chairman and executive partner of ShangGu Capital, director of Shenzhen Dynanonic Co., Ltd., and independent director of Tarena International, Inc. He worked at HP China from 1987 to 1999, where he established and led the HP Personal Computer and Peripheral Business.
