Dinggui Yan, age 57, is the founder, director, and chief executive officer of the company. He has served as director since 2015 and CEO since 2016. His previous roles include CEO of Shanghai Wuxingjia and chairman and general manager of Jiayin Technology. Libin Wang, age 39, has been a director since May 2019 and vice president of finance since 2018. He previously held financial roles at China Sino-Trans Shipping Agency Shanghai Co., Ltd. He holds a master's degree in accounting from Fudan University (2015) and a bachelor's degree in financial management from Shanghai Second Polytechnic University (2008).
Yuhchang Hwang, age 71, has been an independent director since May 2019. Since 2013, he has served as a professor, department chair, and co-director at China Europe International Business School.
