Lei Xia, age 57, is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of ICZOOM. He co-founded the company in October 2012 and has served as CEO since its inception. Prior to ICZOOM, Lei founded SinoHub in January 2000, serving as its president until April 2012, and RGL Beijing from September 1998 to January 2000. His earlier positions include sales director at NEFAB China, senior marketing engineer at HP Shanghai, and sales manager at Arrow Electronics Shanghai. He holds a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama.
Duanrong Liu, age 50, is the Chief Operating Officer and Director of ICZOOM. She co-founded the company and has been COO since April 2012. Her previous roles include CEO of Shenzhen Chenhuake Technology Development, Ltd. (October 2007 to November 2011), CEO of Shenzhen YU Li Bo Technology Ltd. (October 2006 to February 2012), and manager of Dragon (Hong Kong) Electronics, Ltd. (May 2000 to April 2006). She earned an Executive MBA from Tsinghua University in 2011.
Tianshi (Stanley) Yang, age 35, has served as an Independent Director since March 14, 2023. He has over 12 years of experience in finance and investment. Since January 2024, he has been Chief Strategy Officer of SunCar Technology Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SDA) and since June 2021, Chief Financial Officer of TD Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: GLG). He has held various financial roles in Nasdaq-listed companies. Yang holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Tianjin University of Finance and Economics and a master's degree in financial engineering from Brandeis University.
Qi (Jeff) He, age 54, has been an Independent Director since March 14, 2023. Since October 2021, he has served as CEO of TandemAI Limited. His prior roles include COO of HiFiBiO (HK) Limited (July 2017 to October 2021), CFO of Harbour BioMed (December 2016 to June 2017), and Executive Vice President of ShangPharma Co. (January 2013 to December 2016). He holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Zhejiang University, a master's degree in economics from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and an MBA from Emory University.
Wei Xia, age 59, has been an Independent Director since March 14, 2023. From July 2012 to August 2022, he worked as an analytic consultant at Wells Fargo Bank.
