Andrew Obenshain, age 51, has served as Chief Executive Officer since October 2025. He was previously President, CEO, and board member of bluebird bio, Inc. from November 2021 to June 2025, and held leadership roles at bluebird, Shire Pharmaceuticals, and Genzyme/Sanofi. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BA from Dartmouth College.
Jean Volatier, age 61, has been Chief Financial Officer since August 2012 and Deputy General Manager since January 2024. His prior experience includes senior consultant, interim CFO of NAOS Group, and CFO of Soufflet Group. He holds a master's degree in management from Paris IX Dauphine University, an executive specialized master's in corporate social responsibility from MINES-ParisTech, and a diplome d’etudes superieures comptables et financieres.
Martine Zimmermann, age 57, has been Executive Vice President, Head of Regulatory Affairs since August 2025. She previously held senior regulatory roles at Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals and Alexion Pharma International, served on the board of directors from April 2021 to August 2025, and has been a director of Ligand Pharmaceuticals since 2023. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Strasbourg.
Jason Campagna, age 56, has been President of Research and Development and Chief Medical Officer since July 2025. He was previously Chief Medical Officer at Q32 Bio Inc from March 2021 to July 2025 and at Intercept Pharmaceuticals from November 2019 to March 2021.
