Omer David Keilaf has served as Chief Executive Officer, Co-Founder, and Director since January 2016. He founded the company and previously held senior leadership positions at Consumer Physics, Inc., STMicroelectronics N.V., and an elite technological unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces. He holds a BSc and MSc in Electronic Engineering and an MBA in Information Systems from Tel Aviv University, Israel. Elad Hofstetter has been Chief Business Officer since September 2023. His previous roles include Vice President of Product Management and Product and Program Manager at Innoviz, Engineering Manager at LifeBEAM Technologies Ltd., QA Investigator at Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd., and commander and medic in the Israel Defense Forces Commando Unit. He holds a BSc and MSc in Bio-Medical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, Israel. Ido Luski was appointed Chief Operating Officer in July 2025. He previously served as Vice President of Delivery and Director of Project Management at Innoviz, Director of System Engineering at Intel Corporation’s RealSense group, and managed system engineering groups at Elbit Systems Ltd. He holds a BSc in Software Engineering from the Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo, Israel, and an MBA from Tel Aviv University, Israel. Amichai Steimberg has been Chairperson of the Board of Directors since April 2021. He previously held positions as CFO, COO and Deputy CEO, President and COO, and CEO of Orbotech Ltd., including after its acquisition by KLA Corporation.
