Ms. Wai Lau, age 33, is Executive Director and Chairwoman of the Board. She founded IGL, IJL, and ITL, and serves as a director of IJL and ITL. Ms. Lau has approximately eight years of experience in financial public relations and media industries. She founded IJL in 2016, focusing on investor relations and corporate crisis management, and has been a licensed representative of Get Nice Financial Group Limited since September 2020. Her previous roles include positions at Apollo Capital Management Limited, Capital Focus Asset Management Limited, and as a program host at Metro Radio in Hong Kong. She holds a bachelor's degree in journalism from Hunan University and a master's degree in communication of new media from City University of Hong Kong.
Mr. Xuan He, age 56, is Chief Financial Officer. He has over 30 years of experience in financial management and governance of listed companies. From 1999 to 2017, he worked at Huaxi Hope Group Co., Ltd., followed by a role as CFO of XJ International Holdings Co., Ltd. starting in 2017. Between 2021 and 2025, he served as CFO and non-independent director at Dingli Co., Ltd. Since 2025, he has been vice president at Hope College of Southwest Jiaotong University. He graduated from Daxian Finance and Economics School and Southwestern University of Finance and Economics.
Mr. Nianci Yuan, age 27, is Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer. He has experience in the operation and management of listed companies. In 2023, he joined XJ International Holdings Co., Ltd. as assistant to the group president, and since 2024, he has served as assistant to the general manager at Gifore Agriculture Science & Technology Service Co., Ltd. He holds a master's degree in finance from Chongqing University and a bachelor's degree from Northeast University.
Ms. Josephine Yan Yeung, age 44, is an Independent Director with over 19 years of experience in auditing, financial management, internal control, and corporate governance. She is a practicing certified public accountant in Hong Kong and has been an independent director of Neo-Concept International Group Holdings Limited since April 2024. She served as joint company secretary member of Sunlight (1977) Holdings Limited from April 2018 to May 2019 and as company secretary of Tu Yi Holding Company Limited from June 2019 to June 2020.
