Dr. Wirawan Jusuf, age 40, serves as Director, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer. He co-founded the company and has been CEO of WJ Energy since 2014. He is also co-founder and Commissioner of Pt. Asiabeef Biofarm Indonesia since 2015 and Director of Maderic Holding Limited, founded in 2014. Previously, he co-founded Pt. Wican Indonesia Energi (2012–2014). Dr. Jusuf holds a medical degree from University of Tarumanagara, a Master of Public Health, and a Doctorate in Leadership and Policy Innovation from Universitas Gadjah Mada.
Frank C. Ingriselli, age 71, has been President since February 2019 and has over 45 years of experience in the energy industry. He founded and led PEDEVCO Corp. and Pacific Asia Petroleum, Inc., both listed on NYSE American, from 2005 to 2018. He held senior executive roles at Texaco from 1979 to 2001, including President of Texaco Technology Ventures and Texaco International Operations. He served on the Board of NXT Energy Solutions Inc. from 2019 to 2022, is on the Board of Trustees of the Eurasia Foundation, and founded Brightening Lives Foundation, Inc. He was CEO of Trio Petroleum Corp. (NYSE American: TPET) from 2022 to 2023 and served as vice chairman and director until December 2023. Mr. Ingriselli holds a Bachelor of Science from Boston University, an MBA from New York University, and a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.
Dr. Chia Hsin “Charlie” Wu, age 73, has been Chief Technology Officer since January 2024 and was Chief Operating Officer from 2018. He has over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has led upstream exploration and production teams for independent oil companies.
