Donald McClymont, age 57, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Director. He co-founded indie in 2007 and has held positions at Axiom Microdevices, Skyworks Solutions, Conexant, Fujitsu, Thesys (now X-FAB Melexis), and Wolfson (now Cirrus Logic). He holds five patents and a Master of Engineering in Electronics and Electrical from the University of Glasgow. Ichiro Aoki, age 61, is President and Director. He holds 35 patents, a Ph.D. and Master's in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Campinas, Sao Paulo, Brazil. Naixi Wu, age 41, is Chief Financial Officer. She joined indie in 2021, advancing through various accounting roles before becoming CFO in 2025. Prior to indie, she held senior accounting positions at CalAmp Corp., Westfield, RealD, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Michael Wittmann, age 55, is Chief Operating Officer. He joined indie in 2021 and has served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Power Business Unit, and Vice President of Marketing. Before indie, he held senior marketing roles at Intel Corporation and International Rectifier (acquired by Infineon Technologies AG). He holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University, Germany.
