James A. Villa, age 67, serves as Chief Executive Officer and director. He joined the board on July 1, 2008, became President on February 25, 2010, and assumed the CEO role on January 21, 2014. Andrew T. Hoyen, age 54, is President and Chief Operating Officer. He was appointed Chief Administrative Officer and Senior Vice President of Business Development in October 2014, became Chief Operating Officer in January 2016, joined the Board in July 2017, and was named President in September 2020. Hoyen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a Master of Public Health from SUNY Albany, and an MBA from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Richard W. Glickman, age 63, has served as Vice President of Finance and Chief Accounting Officer since February 2019. He previously served as CFO for American Rock Salt Company and HCR Home Care and held various positions at Time Warner Cable. Glickman holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA from the University of Rochester.
