He was appointed Executive Chairman effective June 5, 2024. Asi Levi is the Chief Financial Officer, bringing over 15 years of experience in finance and controlling roles, including CFO positions at Water Ways Technologies Inc. and DekelOil CI, and Controller roles at SciSparc Ltd. and A2Z Cust2Mate Solutions Corp. He has managed fundraising, financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow in accordance with IFRS. Oz Adler serves as Chairman of the Board, CEO and CFO of SciSparc Ltd., CEO of Neurothera Labs Inc., and director of Clearmind Inc., Rail Vision Ltd., Jeff’s Brands Ltd., and Polyrizon Ltd. He has held senior finance positions at Medigus Ltd. and began his career at Ernst & Young Israel. Adler is a CPA and holds a B.A. in Business Management and Accounting. Alon Dayan has been a Director and CEO of KeepZone AI Inc. since 2025, with over 15 years of executive experience in homeland security technology. He is founder and CEO of L1-Systems Ltd. since 2014 and serves as Director at Scanary Ltd., SciSparc Ltd., and ViewBix Inc. His previous roles include CEO of Virtual Crypto Technologies Inc. and Business Development Manager at Elbit Systems Ltd. Dayan holds a B.A. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Ariel University. Assaf Yitzhaik is a Director and businessman with over 30 years of experience in retail and real estate. He owns ASI Glasses, an optics and optometry business in Israel, and holds extensive real estate assets in Israel and internationally.
