Ockerbloom e Former CEO and President of ILPT e Ockerbloom previously served as President and CEO of Select Income REIT (NYSE: SIR), a real estate investment trust that owned office buildings and industrial properties in the United States. Ockerbloom has significant experience in real estate and finance, having held senior leadership roles at a number of real estate firms prior to joining Select Income REIT.

2. William A. Lamkin e Former Chairman of the Board of ILPT e Lamkin is a seasoned executive with decades of experience in the real estate industry. He was previously Chairman and CEO of LNR Property Corporation, a commercial real estate finance and investment company based in Miami Beach, FL.

3. David E. Weinstein e Former Chief Financial Officer of ILPT e Weinstein has over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on real estate investment trusts (REITs). Prior to joining ILPT, he served as CFO of Select Income REIT and Beacon Capital Partners.

4. Richard H. Ross e Director of ILPT e Ross is President and CEO of the Ross Realty Group, a commercial real estate development and consulting firm based in Boston. He has over 35 years of experience in the industry, and has been involved in the acquisition and development of over 5 million square feet of commercial real estate.

5. David J. Reilly e Director of ILPT e Reilly is a Managing Director at Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies (BREDS), a global real estate investment manager. Prior to joining BREDS, he was a partner at Goldman Sachs, where he helped build and manage their US CMBS and whole loan businesses.

Peter Baccile e Director of ILPT e Baccile is the founder and CEO of Redevelopment Management Associates (RMA), a consulting firm that specializes in helping municipalities and private sector clients with economic development, land use planning, and redevelopment initiatives. 7. Mindy Berman e Director of ILPT e Berman is a partner at Brookfield Capital Partners, the private equity arm of Brookfield Asset Management. She has over 20 years of experience in real estate, finance, and strategy, and has held senior roles at a number of investment firms, including Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
