Michael Yufeng Chi, age 54, is Chairman of the Board of Directors and founder of the company. He established Beijing Jinhongen Co., Ltd. in 1996 and has managed Hongen Education since its inception. From 2003 to 2004, he served as vice president and CTO of Tsinghua Unisplendour Corporation Limited. He founded Perfect World Group in 2004 and was chairman of Perfect World Co., Ltd. from 2006 to 2015. He currently chairs Perfect World Group and Perfect World Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002624) and is a visiting professor at Tsinghua University. He holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Tsinghua University, an MBA from China Europe International Business School, and a doctoral degree in business administration from Singapore Management University. Peng Dai, age 46, has been a Director since the company's inception, Chief Executive Officer since June 2020, and Director since July 2017. He led the development of technology-driven intellectual development products. Previously, he was senior strategy and investment director at Perfect World Group, strategy and business development director at Lenovo's mobile business group, and a consultant at Boston Consulting Group. He holds bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees in computer science from Tsinghua University. Hanfeng Chi, age 59, has been a Director since the company's inception and has over 20 years of experience in the intellectual development industry in China. He has held various positions at Hongen Education since 1996. He holds an associate's degree from Shenzhen University and is the brother of Michael Yufeng Chi. Vivien Weiwei Wang, age 48, has been a Director since June 2020 and Chief Financial Officer since September 2020. She is also a director of Perfect World Group since September 2020. Previously, she was senior vice president and secretary of the board at Perfect World Co., Ltd. (SZSE: 002624) from 2016 to 2020 and held senior positions at Perfect World Group from 2007 to 2016. She has experience in U.S. and Chinese capital markets, finance, and investments, and participated in the IPO, Nasdaq listing, privatization, and Shenzhen Stock Exchange listing of Perfect World Co., Ltd. Prior to Perfect World Group, she was a senior financial analyst at Autodesk, Inc.
