He holds a master's degree in computer engineering from Fudan University.
Chaohua Sheng, age 45, is the Director and Chief Technology Officer. He has over 16 years of experience in the IC design industry and has held positions such as chief technology officer at Shanghai Freqchip Microelectronics Co., Ltd., and research and development manager at OmniVision Technologies Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Accel Semiconductor Co., Ltd. He holds a bachelor's degree and a master's degree in computer architecture from Fudan University.
Conway Kong-Wai Lee, age 71, has been an Independent Director since March 2023. He has over 30 years of experience in public accounting, auditing, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and initial public offerings. He was a partner at Ernst & Young for 29 years and has served as an independent non-executive director for multiple companies listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He holds a bachelor's degree in arts from Kingston Polytechnic and a postgraduate diploma in business from Curtin University of Technology.
Qingyang Gu, age 64, and Weiping Ma, age 64, serve as Independent Directors.
Chaowei Yan, age 40, is the Chief Financial Officer.
