From May 2024 to December 2025, he worked as a self-employed lawyer and consultant. Between May 2021 and May 2024, he was Vice President and General Counsel of Moldex Metric, Inc. From December 2019 to March 2021, he held multiple roles at Peer Street, Inc., including General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and Secretary. He previously held senior legal leadership positions at Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment and Las Vegas Sands Corp. Mr. Rubenstein holds a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Washington University in St. Louis.
