She also held a directorship at Softcloud Digital Software Co., Ltd. Ms. Peng graduated from Beijing Normal University with a degree in computer science in 2005.
Guohui Kang, age 49, has been Chief Executive Officer and director since September 2022. His prior roles include CEO of Shanghai Mengyun Holographic Technology Co., Ltd. from 2016, general manager of Haotian Investment Co., Ltd. from 2011 to 2016, sales manager and director of Shenzhen Qixin Technology Co., Ltd. from 2002 to 2010, and refrigeration system design engineer at Guangdong Midea Group from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Kang graduated from Wuhan University of Technology in 1999.
Bei Zhen, age 37, has been Chief Financial Officer since September 2022. She founded Shenzhen Aixi Culture Communication Co., Ltd. in October 2019 and served as CEO. Previously, she was director of the Corporate Finance Department at Sun Hung Kai Financial Group from 2015 to 2019, worked in the Fund Department of Shenzhen Innovation Investment Group Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2015, and was assistant to the CEO of the Global Asset Management Department at HSBC from 2011 to 2012. Ms. Zhen holds a master's degree in accounting and finance from the University of Bristol and a bachelor's degree in financial economics from the University of Leicester.
Belief Bi, age 40, has been an independent director since February 2023. He has experience in operations, legal, and compliance functions of U.S. public companies. Mr. Bi has been president of Beijing Zhixing Classroom Education Consulting Co., Ltd. since 2017, served as vice president of Beijing Shengyuan Fengheng Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and executive secretary of Dianjing Smart Industry Alliance from 2015 to 2017, and was assistant president at Ninetowns Group (Nasdaq: NINE) from 2013 to 2015. He holds a bachelor of law degree from China University of Political Science and Law.
Maggie Wang, age 43, has been an independent director since February 2023. She has over 16 years of experience in financial services in Asia, specializing in financial accounting, internal control, and risk management. Ms. Wang was regional director and treasurer of Prudential HK Limited since 2013 and chief accountant at Wall Street English from 2006 to 2012. She is a Chartered Financial Analyst, Associate Financial Planner, and Registered Financial Planner in the United States. Ms. Wang holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Guangzhou and an MBA from Jinan University.
Han Qin, age 42, has been an independent director since February 2023. She was an independent director of China Trends Holdings Limited from 2020 to 2021, investment director and executive director at Rider Family Office since 2018, and investment director at Shenz from April 2018 to February 2020.
