Donald Owens, age 71, has served as President, Chief Executive Officer, Secretary, and Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 30, 2021, with his current term as President, CEO, and Secretary beginning November 20, 2024. He founded HNO Green Fuels, Inc. in 2011 and holds multiple patents related to hydrogen technology. Owens previously served as Chairman and CEO of Business Internet Systems and began his career as a patent attorney after earning a law degree from Georgetown University and an engineering degree from General Motors Institute.
Hossein Haririnia, age 71, has been Treasurer, Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial and Accounting Officer since August 22, 2022, and a Director since December 22, 2022. He has over five years of financial consulting experience with various organizations and has managed multi-million-dollar budgets for government entities. Haririnia is a Certified Public Accountant in Virginia.
William Parker, age 59, has served as a Director since December 22, 2022. He has 28 years of experience in the ATM industry and over 39 years in IT and communications. Parker is Principal and Co-Founder of Alliant ATM Services since May 2, 2002, where he oversees business operations and ATM service divisions.
