Bill Lucia has served as the chairman and CEO of HMS since 2007. Previously, he was the founder and CEO of HMS MedRisk, a managed care services company that was acquired by HMS in 2006. Mr. Lucia has a degree in biology from the University of Illinois and a master's degree in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
