Pankaj Khanna, age 55, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director of Heidmar since 2020. He has over 30 years of experience in maritime transportation and offshore oil and gas asset ownership and services, with executive roles at Ocean Rig UDW Inc., Pioneer Marine Inc., Dry Ships Inc., and Teekay Shipping. He holds a degree from Blackpool and the Fylde College and a postgraduate diploma from London Metropolitan University.
Niki Fotiou, age 56, has been Chief Financial Officer of Heidmar since March 2023. She has more than 25 years of experience in finance and accounting. Fotiou is an independent non-executive director and Chairwoman of the Audit & Risk Committee at Snappi, Orilina Properties REIC, and OSY - Athens Road Transport S.A. She previously served at the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund and held senior finance positions at NGM Energy SA, Kassian Maritime Inc., Ocean Rig UDW Inc., and Dry Ships Inc. She began her career at Deloitte Greece. Fotiou graduated from the University of Cape Town and is a fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants and a member of the Certified Internal Auditors.
Jagmeet Makkar, age 67, is a Director at Heidmar with over 40 years of experience in shipping operations, commercial management, and dispute resolution. He holds multiple professional qualifications and a Master of Science degree from Bayes Business School, City, University of London. Makkar serves as a panel arbitrator for global institutions and is a council member of the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.
Andreas Konialidis, age 48, has over 20 years of experience in the commercial shipping industry, with a focus on the tanker sector.
