His previous positions include chairman of Himax Taiwan; CEO of TV Plus Technologies, Inc.; CFO and executive director of DVN Holdings Ltd.; and investment banker at Merrill Lynch, Barclays de Zoete Wedd, and Baring Securities. He holds a B.S. in mechanical engineering from National Taiwan University and an M.B.A. from the University of Rochester. Dr. Yan-Kuin Su, age 77, is a Director and Chair Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering as well as Dean of the Academy of Innovative Semiconductor and Sustainable Manufacturing at National Cheng Kung University. He is a fellow of OPTICA, SPIE, and a life fellow of IEEE. He holds a B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in electrical engineering from National Cheng Kung University. Yuan-Chuan Horng, age 74, is a Director. He previously served as director of Himax Taiwan and vice president of the Finance Division of China Steel Corporation. He currently serves as an independent director of President Securities Corporation. He holds a B.A. in economics from Soochow University. Dr. Liang-Gee Chen, age 69, is a Director and Emeritus Professor of Electrical Engineering at National Taiwan University. He holds B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering.
