The Named Executive Officers (NEOs) are John B. Hess, Former Chief Executive Officer; Jonathan C. Stein, Chief Executive Officer and Former Chief Financial Officer; Michael J. Chadwick was appointed Chief Financial Officer effective July 18, 2025. Gabriela B. Boersner was appointed General Counsel and Secretary effective July 18, 2025. John A. Gatling resigned as President and Chief Operating Officer on September 4, 2025, and Michael S. Bast succeeded him on September 26, 2025. The NEOs have responsibilities for both the company and Chevron, with their 2025 compensation established and paid by Chevron under its compensation programs. The company adopted the Hess Midstream LP Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) to provide incentive compensation to NEOs, including phantom unit awards linked to Class A Shares performance, administered by the board of directors of GP LLC in consultation with Chevron.
