Jeffrey Holman, age 58, serves as Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, and Director. He is a founding member of the original operating subsidiary since December 2008, contributed to acquiring and growing all assets owned by HCWC, and has been President of Jeffrey E. Holman & Associates, P.A. since 1998. He holds a Bachelor's Degree from the State University of New York at Binghamton (1989) and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law (1995).
John A. Ollet, age 63, is Chief Financial Officer and Director. He was Executive Vice President of Finance for Systemax, Inc. from 2006 to 2016 and has prior CFO experience at Arrow Cargo Holdings, Inc., KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, and Sterling-Starr Maritime Group, Inc. He also worked on the audit staff at Arthur Andersen & Co. He holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics and an MBA from Florida International University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Christopher Santi, age 55, is President and Chief Operating Officer. He served as Director of Operations since October 2011 and was National Sales Manager of Collages.net from 2007 to 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Lehigh University and a Master of Arts from the Miami Institute of Psychology.
