Previously, she was North Asia Vice President at Fast Lance Knowledge Ltd, Director of Information Risk Management at KPMG, and held leadership roles at Hitachi Data Systems and Data craft Asia. She holds a bachelor's degree in law from Soochow University in Taiwan and is fluent in Mandarin and English, specializing in cross-cultural management and information risk management.
Cui Yan, aged 37, is a Director based in Sydney, Australia, who joined the Company in 2019. He joined AGC Capital Securities Pty Ltd in 2015, managing IPO projects including prospectus preparation, compliance, financial analysis, and roadshow coordination. His prior experience includes roles at Shanghai Jiayi Investment Management Ltd in 2015 and The People’s Insurance Company of China (PICC) from 2013 to 2014. He holds a master's degree in finance from the University of Melbourne and a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of New South Wales. He is a CFA Level III candidate and a certified NAATI Professional Translator (English-Chinese), fluent in English and Mandarin.
Yang Hsiao-Wen, aged 49, is the Chief Executive Officer based in Taiwan, appointed in 2022. She oversees business strategy, operations, and growth. Yang has over 20 years of senior management experience in IT training, consulting, and corporate operations in Taiwan and Australia. She has served as Business Director at Wang Bo Co., Ltd. since 2022, Vice President at Bell International Management Consulting from 2019 to 2022, and General Manager at Chen Yu Information from 2009 to 2018. She holds a bachelor's degree in Land Economics from National Chung Hsing University and is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Li Chunguang, aged 45, is the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, joining the Company in 2024. He has over 15 years of investment banking and senior management experience and oversees financial operations including corporate finance, reporting, and capital markets. His previous roles include General Manager at Renyin Finance in 2022, Vice President at AGC Securities Capital Pty Ltd from 2014 to 2020, and Executive Vice General Manager at Arthur Capital Group from 2009 to 2014. He holds a Doctor of Business Administration from Inter American University, a master's degree in operations research from Wageningen University, and a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Erasmus University.
