Javier López Madrid has served as Executive Chairman since December 31, 2016, having been Executive Vice-Chairman and a Board member since 2015. He is CEO of Grupo VM since 2008, founder and largest shareholder of Financiera Siacapital, and founder of Tressis. He holds a master's degree in law and business from ICADE University.
Marco Levi was appointed CEO on January 10, 2020, and joined the Board on January 15, 2020. His previous roles include President and CEO of Alhstrom-Munksjö Oyj, Senior Vice President and Business President at Styron, and various positions at Dow Chemical Company. He is a Non-Executive Director of Mativ Holdings, Inc. and holds a doctorate in industrial chemistry from Università degli Studi di Milano, Statale.
Beatriz GarcÃa-Cos Muntañola was appointed CFO and Principal Accounting Officer on October 17, 2019. She previously served as Group CFO at Bekaert NV, CFO of the mining division of Trafigura Beheer BV, Finance Director for Vestas Wind Systems A.S., and Finance Manager for PPG Industries Inc. She became a Non-Executive Director of Bodycote plc in September 2023. She holds an M.A. in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Barcelona and completed the Advanced Management Program at IESE.
Bruce L. Crockett was appointed Non-Executive Director on December 23, 2015. He has served on the Audit Committee, including as Chair, Senior Independent Director, Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee, and member of the Nominations and Governance Committee. His previous board and governance roles include Chairman of the Invesco Mutual Funds Group Board, Chair of the Audit Committee of ALPS Property & Casualty Insurance Company, and Chairman of Crockett Technologies Associates. He is a life trustee of the University of Rochester and a member of the Board of Advisors of the Western Colorado University Graduate Business School. He was formerly President and CEO of COMSAT Corporation.
