Wai Lok Raymond Fong, age 50, is a Consultant with more than 22 years of experience in financial services, including IPO underwriting, asset management, and wealth management. He has held various Responsible Officer positions in multiple financial service companies and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. His academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Philosophy in Economics from Hong Kong Baptist University, as well as a Bachelor of Law in Chinese Law from Tsinghua University.
