David Garofalo has served as Chairman, Chief Executive Officer, President, and Director of Gold Royalty Corp. since August 2020. He has over 35 years of leadership experience in the natural resources sector, including previous roles as President, CEO, and director of Goldcorp Inc. and Hudbay Minerals Inc., as well as senior executive positions at Agnico Eagle and Inmet Mining Corporation. Garofalo was named "Mining Person of the Year" by The Northern Miner in 2012 and Canada's "Chief Financial Officer of the Year" in 2009. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants in British Columbia and a Certified Director of the Institute of Corporate Directors. Andrew Gubbels has been Chief Financial Officer of Gold Royalty Corp. since January 2023. Prior to this, he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Aris Gold Corporation (now Aris Mining Holdings Corp.) from July 2020 to September 2022. John W. Griffith has served as Chief Development Officer of Gold Royalty Corp. since September 2020. Samuel Mah has been Vice President, Evaluations of Gold Royalty Corp. since July 2021. He previously served as Director, Mining Planning of SSR Mining from 2019 to July 2021.
