Marcus Daley has served as CEO and Director since October 3, 2023, without a compensation contract as of the filing date. Merle Ferguson, formerly President and Chairman, canceled his employment contract effective January 1, 2024, and holds no compensation agreement as of the filing date; he also canceled his director compensation agreement on January 1, 2024. Richard Kaiser serves as CFO, Secretary, and Director under a three-year employment contract from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2025, with an annual salary of $75,000; he also maintained a consulting agreement with YES International, a company he controls. Kaiser received accrued wages and consulting fees during 2024 and 2025. Denkinger’s COO role at Gold Rock Holdings, Inc. commenced in 2025 without a compensation agreement.
