Anna Skowron, age 39, was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer on March 7, 2025. She has been principal of Skowron Accounting Professional Corporation since 2015 and has over 14 years of experience in accounting, specializing in financial reporting, compliance, corporate governance, and business strategy. Previously, she managed consolidated reporting across North America for a global steel corporation and participated in business acquisitions and capital raising initiatives across multiple industries. Ms. Skowron holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Finance with a specialization in Accounting and Economics from the University of Toronto and became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 2014. She is a licensed CPA in Ontario, Canada.
