Felipe Bayon, age 60, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since 2025. Jaime Caballero Uribe, age 51, has been Chief Financial Officer since 2024. He has over 25 years of experience in industry and finance, previously serving as Group CFO at Ecopetrol and holding multiple positions at BP plc. He holds a law degree from Universidad de Los Andes, an MBA from Fundação Getulio Vargas, and certificates from Wharton and Stanford. Rodrigo Dalle Fiore, age 47, has been Chief Exploration and Development Officer since 2025. He has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry in Latin America, previously serving as New Energies Corporate Manager at Ecopetrol and starting his career at Pan American Energy. He holds a chemical engineering degree from the University of Cordoba, a Global Executive MBA from IESE Business School, and specializations from Patagonia San Juan Bosco University and ITBA. MartÃn Terrado, age 51, has been Chief Operations Officer since 2022. He has over 29 years of experience in the oil industry, previously working at Petrolera Argentina San Jorge and Chevron. He holds a petroleum engineering degree from ITBA and an MBA from IAE Business School. He is active in the Society of Petroleum Engineers and serves as President of the board of Arpel. Agustina Wisky, age 49, has been Chief People Officer since 2002.
