Carla PatrÃcia Cabral da Fonseca, age 44, is the Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer and CEO of the Smiles business unit. She has been with GOL for eight years, previously overseeing products and B2C sales channels and serving as executive officer of Smiles’ Argentina branch. Prior to joining GOL, she worked for ten years in the financial market at Credicard and Citibank. She holds a master's degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a bachelor's degree in marketing from Universidade Santo Amaro.
