Peter G. Livanos, age 65, serves as Chairman and Director. He founded GasLog LNG Services in 2001, was a director of GasLog Partners from 2014 to 2020, and served as CEO from January 2012 to January 2013. He is also chairman of Ceres Shipping and its subsidiaries. Livanos established Seachem Tankers Ltd. in 1989, served on Odfjell SE's board until 2008, and was a board member of Euronav NV from 2005 to 2015, holding positions as Vice-Chairman and Chairman. He holds a degree from Columbia University.
James C. Berner, age 54, has been a Director since June 2021. He is affiliated with Blackrock Global Infrastructure Funds, focusing on power generation, shipping, and LNG sectors. Previously, he was Managing Director at First Reserve and General Electric Capital Corporation. Berner holds a B.A. from Cornell University, an M.B.A. from Wharton, and an M.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
Julian R. Metherell, age 60, has served as a Director since October 2011. He is a director of MW&L Capital and several private companies. Metherell was CFO and director of Genel Energy plc, co-founded Vallares Plc, was a partner and CEO of Goldman Sachs UK investment banking division, and a director at Dresdner Kleinwort. He holds a B.Sc. from Manchester University and an M.B.A. from Cambridge University.
Anthony S. Papadimitriou, age 68, has been a Director since November 2011, designated by the Onassis Foundation. He is the founding partner of A.S. Papadimitriou and Partners law firm and served as Managing Partner from 1990 to 2018.
Eduard Ruijs, age 51, served as a Director until his resignation on March 1, 2023. Christian A.H. Synetos, age 39, was appointed Director effective March 1, 2023.
Paolo Enoizi, age 51, is Chief Executive Officer. Achilleas Tasioulas, age 48, is Chief Financial Officer. Konstantinos Karathanos, age 50, is Chief Operating Officer.
