Allen Baharaff, age 61, serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, and Class II Director. She has over 17 years of experience in drug development at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where she was Senior Director and Head of Research Scientific Affairs. She holds a Ph.D. from the Sackler School of Medicine and an MBA from the Recanati Business School at Tel Aviv University.
Doron Cohen, age 59, is Chief Financial Officer, joining in February 2022 after consulting since 2018. He has over 25 years of experience in global financial markets, has been CEO of Tangram Strategic Ltd since 2016, was Research Director at Gems Investments Research Ltd from 1992 to 2017, and served as Director of Public Relations at the World Union of Jewish Students from 1990 to 1992. Since October 2023, he has been interim CFO of Onkai Inc. Cohen holds an MSc in management from Boston University and a bachelor's degree in philosophy and political science from the University of New South Wales.
Yohai Stenzler, age 43, is Chief Accounting Officer, a position he has held since February 2022. He joined the company in June 2014 as corporate controller, later became Director of Finance, and served as Chief Financial Officer from February 2017 to February 2022. He has six years of financial management experience at Ernst & Young LLP in real estate accounting.
