Danhua Xu, age 45, serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Since September 2016, she has been General Manager and Executive Director at Budget International (HK) Limited, focusing on investments and international operations planning. Her prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Ditop Co., Ltd from 2009 to 2016 and Account Manager at Canton Telecom Industry Services Co., Ltd from 2004 to 2009. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Life Sciences from South China Normal University.
Caihong Chen, age 52, is Chief Financial Officer and Director. She has nearly 25 years of financial experience and has been General Manager at Increase Family Office since August 2016. Previously, she was Vice President of Operations at CITIC Trust Co., Ltd from 2012 to 2016 and Sub-Branch Manager at China Construction Bank branches from 2000 to 2012. She has invested in companies including Uber, Meten EdtechX Education, and Razer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Linguistics & Literature from Guangzhou Normal University and holds various financial certifications.
Zheng “Terrence” Wu, age 37, is an Independent Director Nominee, Chair of the Audit Committee, and Member of the Compensation Committee. He co-founded Yishang Co. Ltd in January 2020. From 2013 to 2019, he was Senior Vice President of the TMT Sector at Citibank (China) Limited and previously worked at Royal Bank of Scotland (China) Limited from 2010 to 2013. He has experience managing financing and projects for several PRC-listed companies. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management from Beijing Normal University and a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from Loughborough University, U.K.
Shuding Zeng, age 44, is an Independent Director Nominee, Chair of the Compensation Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee.
Lei Xiong, age 35, is an Independent Director Nominee.
