Before joining Fortive, she was Chief Human Resource Officer at Hitachi Ltd from July 2022 to January 2026, Chief People Officer at Brightcove from February 2020 to July 2022, Chief People and Culture Officer at Quanterix from 2019 to 2020, and Chief Human Resources Officer at Global Partners LP from 2014 to 2019. Peter C. Underwood, age 56, has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of Fortive since January 2025. He was Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Fortive from May 2016 to January 2025. Prior to Fortive, Underwood was Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary of Regal Beloit Corporation from 2010 to May 2016.
