Yinying Lu, age 44, has served as Chief Executive Officer and Director since April 2022, officially assuming the CEO role on October 23, 2023. She was General Manager of GD from April 2017, responsible for procurement, operations, marketing, and financing. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Event Management from Griffith University. Chun Wai Edwin Tam, age 44, has been Chief Financial Officer since June 16, 2025. He has over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, corporate, and treasury management. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from Manchester Metropolitan University and is a fellow member of several professional accounting and governance institutes. Jieting Zhao, age 46, has been a director since April 2022 and executive director of GD since April 2017, overseeing website development, e-commerce, procurement, financing, e-marketing, and strategy. She holds a Master of Information System and a Master of Information and Communication Technology from the University of Wollongong, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Science from Guangdong Polytechnic Normal University. Jun Wu, age 40, has served as an independent director since August 2023. He has been Company Secretary of Victor Group Holdings Limited since November 2020. His prior experience includes founding director of The President Group and positions at JP Morgan Australia, FNZ Australia, and UBS AG. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Macquarie University. Lawrence W. Leighton, age 91, has served as an independent director since August 2023. He is an experienced investment banker with a background in international finance.
