Zhou Ou serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has an employment agreement with FLYEBIKE Inc., a subsidiary, effective April 1, 2023, providing a monthly base salary of $8,333 and reimbursement for authorized business expenses. The agreement permits at-will termination by either party, with specific terms addressing termination due to death, disability, or cause, which includes various forms of misconduct and breaches of the agreement. It also contains covenants restricting non-disclosure, non-solicitation, and non-competition for two years following termination within New York State. For the fiscal years ended March 31, 2026, and 2025, Mr. Ou received compensation equivalent to that of a store manager. As of March 31, 2026, he held no outstanding option or stock awards.
