Michael P. Lyons, age 55, has served as Chief Executive Officer since May 2025. He was President and CEO-Elect from January 2025 to May 2025. His previous roles include President of The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. and PNC Bank, National Association, Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate and Institutional Banking at PNC, and Head of Corporate Development and Strategic Planning for Bank of America.
Panagiotis (Takis) Georgakopoulos, age 56, has been Co-President since October 2025. He was Chief Operating Officer from April 2025 to October 2025 and Executive Vice President since September 2024. His prior experience includes Global Head of Payments at JPMorgan Chase & Co., various leadership roles at JPMorgan, and partner at McKinsey & Company.
Adam L. Rosman, age 60, has held the positions of Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Legal Officer since 2021. His previous roles include general counsel of OneMain Financial and First Data Corporation, group general counsel and deputy general counsel of Willis Group Holdings plc, assistant U.S. attorney, and deputy assistant to the president and deputy staff secretary for President William J. Clinton.
Dhivya Suryadevara, age 46, has been Co-President since December 2025. Her prior roles include CEO of Optum Financial Services and Optum Insight at UnitedHealth Group Incorporated, CFO at Stripe, Inc., and various positions including CFO at General Motors Company.
Paul M. Todd, age 55, has served as Chief Financial Officer since October 2025. His previous experience includes partner at TTV Capital, senior executive vice president and CFO of Total Systems Services, Inc. and Global Payments, Inc., and executive vice president for strategy, mergers and acquisitions, product and marketing at Total Systems Services, Inc.
