Kong Chen Yung (Arthur), age 44, is an Independent Director. He is the Financial Controller of Grandshores Technology Group Limited and its subsidiaries and Executive Director of AK Global Consultants Pte. Ltd. He has over one year of experience in auditing, accounting, and financial management, with previous employment at KPMG Services Pte. Ltd. and Ernst & Young (Malaysia). He is a Certified Practicing Accountant in Australia and holds a Diploma of Business from Monash College and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Monash University Australia.
Lee Puay Khng, age 71, is an Independent Director with over 25 years of experience in investment, financing, and mergers and acquisitions in the Chinese market. He has extensive networks and resources in corporate sectors and investment communities in Singapore and China and has provided consulting services to multiple companies.
