Michael A. Wichterich, age 58, has served as Chairman of the Board, Interim President, and Chief Executive Officer since February 2026. He is the founder of Three Rivers Operating Company LLC and has held prior roles as Chief Financial Officer at Texas American Resources, New Braunfels Utilities, and Mariner Energy. Christopher W. Lacy, age 48, has been Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary since October 2024. He previously served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Southwestern Energy Company and has nearly 20 years of legal experience in the energy industry. Brittany Raiford, age 40, has held the positions of Vice President, Interim Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer since August 2025. Her prior roles include Vice President - Treasurer at Expand Energy and Vice President - Investor Relations at Southwestern Energy. Daniel F. Turco, age 46, has been Executive Vice President of Marketing and Commercial since February 2025. He formerly led Global LNG Trading and Asia Gas & Power Marketing at ExxonMobil. Joshua J. Viets, age 47, has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer since February 2022. He spent 20 years at ConocoPhillips in various operational roles, including Vice President of the Delaware Basin.
