Haiping Hu, age 58, serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Board of Directors, positions he has held since February 2019. He has also been CEO and Chairman of the variable interest entity (VIE) since December 2014. Prior to this, Hu was CEO and Vice Chairman of Shanshan Holdings Co., Ltd from August 2004 to January 2018 and Vice President of Shanshan Group Co., Ltd from January 1996 to July 2004. He holds a bachelor's degree in Chemical Automation and a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Zhejiang University.
Chao Liu, age 45, is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Director. She has been CFO since February 2019, CFO of the VIE since January 2016, and a director since June 8, 2023. Liu has held various accounting and financial roles in multiple companies from 2003 to 2015. She studied finance at Beijing Language and Culture University, graduating in January 2016.
Xiang Luo, age 55, was appointed as an Independent Director on March 11, 2022. He holds a PhD in Business Administration from Bulacan State University in the Philippines and has over twenty years of experience in senior positions at the United Nations and other international organizations. From November 2014 to December 2019, Luo was head of the China Office of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS). Since June 2020, he has served as co-chair of the Global Steering Committee of Carbon Neutral Action (GSCCNA).
Mang Wong, age 47, was appointed as an Independent Director effective March 11, 2026.
