Shai Novik, MBA, age 60, has served as Executive Chairman of the Board since 2014. He founded PROLOR Biotech in 2005, was its President until 2013, and established a strategic partnership with Pfizer for PROLOR's lead drug product, Ngenla®. He is also co-founder and board member of Sharp Vision, Inc. Roger Pomerantz, M.D., age 69, has been Director and Vice Chairman of the Board since May 2022. He is Chairman and CEO of ContraFect Corporation since April 2019 and has held leadership positions at Seres Therapeutics, Merck & Co., and Johnson & Johnson Pharmaceuticals. Pomerantz serves as Chairman of several public and private companies and has contributed to the development of nine drugs approved worldwide. Oren Hershkovitz, Ph.D., age 49, has been Chief Executive Officer since November 2019. He previously held managerial and executive roles at PROLOR Biotech and OPKO Biologics, overseeing more than 70 employees and leading various clinical development programs. Shachar Shlosberger, CPA, age 49, has been Chief Financial Officer since 2016, with over 12 years of financial experience in the high-technology sector. Einat Galamidi, M.D., age 52, serves as Chief Medical Officer. Abraham (Avri) Havron, Ph.D., age 78, Gili Hart, Ph.D., age 51, and Matteo Renzi, age 51, serve as Directors.
