Gianluca Palumbo has served as Chief Executive Officer since July 2025. He holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Naples Federico II and has over 28 years of experience in the electricity industry. Simone Conticelli has been Chief Financial Officer since October 2024. He holds a degree in nuclear physics from Università degli Studi di Roma “Tor Vergata” and an MBA from LUISS Business School, with experience in administration, finance, and control. Gaetano Manzulli has been People & Organization Officer since January 1, 2025, and holds a master's degree in electrical engineering from Politecnico di Bari. Juan Díaz Valenzuela has served as Internal Audit Officer since February 2022. He holds a degree in information and management control engineering from Universidad de Chile and has completed specializations at Universidad del Desarrollo and Universidad de Chile. Pedro Urzúa Frei has been External Relations & Sustainability Officer since April 1, 2024. He holds a degree in journalism from Universidad de Artes y Ciencias de la Comunicación (UNIACC) and has experience in institutional relations and sustainability roles.
