Ben Sheizaf has served as director and Chairman of the Board of Ellomay since November 25, 2024. He is the founder and CEO of B.P.O. Ltd. since 2019 and has held senior roles in the Israeli finance and insurance sectors. He currently serves on the boards of AIG Israel Ltd. and Detelix Software Technologies Ltd., and previously served on the boards of Isracard Ltd. and Phoenix Financial Ltd.
Ran Fridrich has been a director of Ellomay since March 2008, interim CEO since January 2009, and CEO since December 2009. He co-founded Oristan Investment Manager and founded Proprietary Investment Advisory. He also served as CEO of Lito Ziv and Mirkam Packaging Ltd.
Gilad Mamlok has been a director since March 2026 and CFO of Protalix BioTherapeutics, Inc. since August 2025. He has 30 years of experience in healthcare and technology, previously serving as CFO of TytoCare Ltd. and Sol-Gel Technologies Ltd., and working at Given Imaging.
Odelya Ohayon has been a director since March 2026. She has over 15 years of executive experience, including roles as VP of Marketing at Samsung Electronics Israel, VP of Marketing and Business Development at Solgar & Supherb, and Marketing Manager at Partner Communications. She is also a lecturer in marketing and entrepreneurship.
Daniel Vaknin has been an external director since December 20, 2020. He is a financial consultant and serves on the boards of Clal Insurance Company Ltd., Ilex Medical Ltd., Arad Ltd., Kardan Israel Ltd., B.S.R Engineering and Development Ltd., and Fishman Chains Ltd.
