1. William F. (Bill) Bradley - Chairman of the Board: He is a former professional basketball player, a former U.S. Senator from New Jersey, and Managing Director of Allen & Company LLC since 2001. He served on various boards, including Starbucks, Priceline.com, and the National Basketball Association.
2. Harry Herington- Chief Executive Officer: He joined the company in 1992 as a software development manager and served several leadership roles before becoming CEO in 2008. Herington received numerous industry awards for leadership, innovation, and corporate responsibility.
3. Stephen M. Kovzan- Chief Financial Officer: He has been with NIC for over a decade, serving as CFO since 2011. Kovzan previously worked for the global audit and consulting firm, KPMG LLP.
4. Robert W. Knapp, Jr. - Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer: Knapp joined NIC in 2001, and led the Driver and Vehicle Solutions business unit before being named COO in 2011. Knapp is experienced in information technology, operations, business development, and relationship management.
5. Laura E. Jennings - Director: Jennings is a Managing Partner of the venture capital firm, GGBailey Ventures, and co-founder and President of FlexScreen LLC, a company that creates manufacturing systems for windows and screens. She served on several boards, including the Women's Business Enterprise National Council, NetAnalyst, and Conestoga Bank.
6. Edward (Eddie) S. Grier - Director: Grier is a former managing director of investment banking at J.P. Morgan Securities LLC. He served on various boards, including CamberView Partners, LLC, Princeton Theological Seminary, and The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc.
