She has held leadership roles in the automotive, technology, finance, retail, and industrial sectors. She chairs Geely Sweden Holdings AB, IKEA’s Ikano Bank, and the Nomination Committee at Volvo Cars. Her previous positions include CEO of Concordium, Wallenius Lines, and Star Air (Maersk), as well as senior roles at A.P. Møller – Maersk. She advises technology companies including ServiceNow. Her education includes studies at Copenhagen Business School, University of Copenhagen, and MIT Sloan School of Management. Jim Zhang (Zhang Xingsheng), age 70, has been a director since March 2021. He is a founding partner of Daotong Investment Co., Ltd. His past roles include independent director at Volvo Car AB and director at The Nature Conservancy’s North Asia Region. He has held leadership positions at Asiainfo Holdings, Inc., Ericsson (China) Co., Ltd., China Telecom Construction Corporation, and Beijing Long Distance Telecom Office. He holds an MBA from the BI-Fudan MBA program and a bachelor's degree from Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications. Grace Hui Tang, age 66, has been a director since March 2021. She was an audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2001 to 2020.
