Wei Cheng, age 42, is the Founder, Chairman of the Board, and Chief Executive Officer of Beijing Xiaoju Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., which he founded in 2012 and where he launched the DiDi Dache app. He has overseen the company's acquisitions and global expansion. Prior to founding the company, Wei Cheng worked at Alibaba from 2005 to 2011, including serving as deputy general manager of Alipay. He holds a bachelor's degree in administration management from Beijing University of Chemical Technology.
Alan Yue Zhuo, age 38, has served as Director and Chief Financial Officer since April 2021 and has been a director since May 2024. He previously held roles as vice president of finance and operation management and deputy general manager of the ride-hailing department. Before joining the company, he worked at Sculptor Capital Management. Alan Zhuo also serves as an independent director on the board of Guming Holdings Limited since February 2025. He holds a bachelor's degree in finance from Peking University.
Calvin Shaorong Liu, age 44, has been Director and Chief Legal Officer since February 2026 and was previously general counsel. Before joining the company, he was general counsel and vice president at Kuaishou Technology. He holds a master's degree in law from Xiamen University and an LL.M. from the University of Southern California.
Fengxia Liang, age 49, has been a Director since April 2022 and is Associate General Counsel of Tencent Holdings Limited. She joined Tencent in 2008 and previously worked at Deloitte and an Asian law firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions. She holds an LL.M. from the University of London and an LL.B. from Fudan University.
Zhihui Yang, age 52, has served as an Independent Director since April 28, 2023. He is executive president and chief financial officer of New Oriental Education and Technology Group Inc., having held multiple positions there since 2006, including CFO since 2015 and executive president since 2021. Previously, he was financial director at Beijing Hua De Xin Investment Co., Ltd. and a senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He also serves as an independent director on the board of BingEx Limited since October 2024. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the Guanghua School of Management at Peking University.
