Thomas Meyer is the Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Chief Executive Officer of Altamira Therapeutics Ltd. He founded Auris Medical in 2003 and has served as its Chairman and CEO since then. Prior to this, Meyer was CEO of Disetronic Group and held various positions there from 1988 to 2000. He has been Chairman of PharmaTrail Ltd. since 2020. Meyer holds a Ph.D. in business administration from the University of Fribourg, Switzerland. Covadonga Pañeda is the Chief Operating Officer of Altamira Therapeutics Ltd. She joined the company in April 2022 as Chief Development Officer and was promoted to COO in January 2023. Pañeda has over 15 years of experience in drug development, with previous roles at Sylentis S.A., Exeltis (Insudpharma), Canaan Research and Investment, and Limm Therapeutics. She holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Universidad Autónoma, Madrid, Spain, and completed postdoctoral research at the Scripps Research Institute. Marcel Gremaud has served as Chief Financial Officer of Altamira Therapeutics Ltd. since November 2021. He is a certified public accountant and founder of Gremaud GmbH, an audit and accounting firm. Gremaud has over 30 years of experience in controlling and accounting within international pharmaceutical companies and start-ups.
